I’m a 62 year old grandmother I keep my grandson. He was very hard to potty train until I found this. I give this 5 stars!! No re-training from a potty chair to the toilet. No emptying pee or poop. It has nice big step. And they don’t fall into your toilet.
My toilet training grandson was a little leary at first having to transition from a small sitting potty to climbing on this to the big boy potty. But he is totally independent now and it’s only been 2 weeks. My daughter purchased one for her house, which is why I got this one. It is very sturdy construction and when not needed easily folds to a step stool I just set aside. No buttons to push not hassle. Well worth the upgrade!
We absolutely love this product. We bought it for my son. He’s just recently turned 3, big for his age and starting to show an interest in potty training. He outgrew his potty chair before he could even use it, the seat that sits on top of our toilet wasn’t comfortable to him and his stool kept slipping out from under his feet. He loved this setup immediately.
Perfect for my 4 year old!! And he loves it! He can even set it up and take it off when it's not being used.
Good quality. You get what you pay for this was worth the price for my 2 year old. He loves it!
Very stable and easy to use. My baby girl feels so safe on it and can climb on and off on her own. It's convenient to lean on the wall when not in use.
Tonight, We got this baby potty training seat. Our son just climbed onto the potty & within 30 seconds or less he went potty! He had been scared when trying to use other potty before using this seat! Now, He wants to use her new potty seat instead of the little potty training seat!!
After trying multiple brands, this baby potty trainer has been a Godsend in assisting my child in her potty training. She is now fully potty trained and I owe it all to this.
We have had this potty step seat for over a week now, and my 2.5 year old daughter has happily gone in the "big potty" every single day since we got it. I consider that a huge win! She loves the independence of climbing up by herself and is excited to go every time. I like that she can sit on this baby potty trainer for as long as it takes to get her body to do what it needs.
Our son would NOT poop in the potty until we got this seat. He has to feel secure and those little potty seats that go on top didn’t cut it. First, we tried a foldable potty seat and it pinched his legs. Then we tried the padded kind that sits on top and has handles. It was fine, but he couldn’t easily climb up on it himself. This helped him get up on the potty independently and also use the bathroom comfortably and securely. The best part is that the legs do not slide on the floor, so it’s a sturdy climb up. Great product!!!
OMG. I have been struggling so hard to potty train my almost 4 year old son for the last year and it has been truly a horrible thing. He would go at school, and be in underwear, but refuse to go at home. Finally my husband and I thought to ourselves: why doesn't he want to go at home? We looked at the toilets they have at his school, and they are little children sized toilets and the ones we have at home at big, adult sized ones. Was he afraid of the size? He would get upset when we would try to put him on it, and he would struggle to hold himself on it. We tried different potties, lid to put on the seat itself, but nothing worked. Out of desperation we started searching for children's sized toilets and we were seriously thinking of replacing our downstairs toilet with a children's sized one LOL! But when we searched, this came up! We were like, what could it hurt?
OUR CHILD IS USING THIS. YES HE LIKES IT!!!
Where do I start. My 3 1/2 yr old was REFUSING to use a potty of any kind. I thought this looked like fun, with the "ladder" and handles, thought it might peak his interest and IT DID! While sitting, he holds the handles and raises the step and acts like he's driving a rocket ship. Hey... whatever gets the kiddo on the toilet... am I right? We love it!
Good quality plastic legs and step feels sturdy. stands perfectly on a comfort height toilet w/ elongated seat. Firm soft seat!
Fits my toilet. Does not move around. It's on the highest setting. My son can climb up on it and turn around without it moving. . Folds up for travel or to move to the side. Folds up super quickly or can be placed on the toilet super quickly which is nice for the "I have to go potty" comment. I love that the stool is attached to the potty seat to prevent slippage.
We still have the training seat on the upstairs toilet with a separate stool but my toddler feels like she's going to slip so someone has to be there for support. With this baby potty trainer she goes to the toilet by herself and she loves having somewhere to put her feet!the best part, unlike other styles of potty training seats, this one doesn't get disgusting or trap urine between the padded seat and the handle. Definitely happy with this purchase.
Love this thing! It is what it is. Its a potty seat. My 2 year old sets this up on her own and takes it off and stores it away (when she feels like it).
Love it! I have a 3 1/2 yrs old and babysit a 3 yrs old. Both are completely independent because of this product and can get on and off with no issues. I bought the product because of the ladder and handles. She kept freaking out on the other seat we had because she could tip off. This gave her the confidence that it's safety and independence to do it herself! The girls prefer this vs the other potty I use on babysitting days in our other bathroom.
Could not be happier!!!!
I have tried a potty seat and training potty and my daughter just did not want to sit on the potty when it was time. I can't say I blame her. The other potty wasn't comfortable and the potty seat had a tendency to wiggle while she was sitting on it. I saw this and thought that maybe if she had the ability to go to the potty on the BIG potty, by herself, that maybe she would be open to the idea of no more pull ups. I ordered the baby potty trainer on Monday. It was delivered Wednesday. I put it together in about 2 minutes. I showed to it my daughter and she was excited to head into the bathroom. I showed her how we put it on the potty (which was very simple, and sturdy). She sat down on it and stayed there for 15 minutes with no complaints. I have NEVER gotten her to sit on a potty for that long without dealing with tears, screaming and crying. She said that this was her potty, Mommy can't use it and neither can Nana. LOL! I couldn't be happier that she's excited :)
